    Bio: Paula is digital product and biz dev with consumer web and digital media technologies as specialty. Her background is within Schibsted Media Corp., where she during 8 years developed and was responsible of premium consumer web services, e.g Viktklubb.se, Nordic’s largest health and weight loss service, communities, digital media and ad tech solutions at Aftonbladet, the largest news site in Sweden. Paula has since then advised startups and is one of the highest ranked mentors by Seedcamp teams, where she is active mentor. She’s one of the connectors and influencers on the European early stage startups scene, and has spoken, moderated and been program curator of various tech and startup conferences and events. She is also mentor at TechStars network member Springboard in Cambridge, UK.     Bio: Holger is a freelance project manager, working on websites and mobile applications. As a usability engineer and developer he has been advising to 1&1, GMX and Web.de. As a project manager he has developed the crowdsourcing platform MyooCreate on behalf of jovoto and a moviepilot.de platform, making it to become second largest movie portal in Germany and being represented in five countries. Holger is also a co- founder of wheelmap.org. Other projects he’s involved in include: - Co-organizer of the ProductCamp Berlin - an annual conferencefor product managers. - Curator of Berlin edition of StartupDigest - a weekly newsletter covering events for entrepreneurs in Berlin. - Organizer of the Lean Startup Meetup Berlin - an event for startups with a focus on agile project management and product development.

In the past she worked with London-based agencies to make big and complex websites and mobile applications (iPhone, Android, Nokia) as simple as possible.
